AI Review Summary
This property offers a highly convenient location for students, being directly across from campus and close to downtown attractions, with many appreciating the modern units that include private bathrooms and in-unit laundry. However, a recurring concern is the management's communication and billing practices, with some students reporting unexpected charges, issues with security deposits, and difficulties resolving maintenance or administrative problems. There are also mentions of occasional cleanliness issues in common areas and noise from other residents.

These people are scammers! Avoid this property at all costs. They kept my security deposit and are now refusing to return it unless I show up in person from abroad, which is a ridiculous and dishonest excuse to steal my money. They are clearly holding my funds hostage. Absolute lack of professionalism and integrity. Dealing with them was a huge mistake, and I strongly warn everyone to stay away from them.

I can’t begin to describe how much this complex has declined since CSU took over. The building is infested with roaches, and despite multiple requests, management has failed to address the issue. My unit has flooded three times in a single semester, twice due to burst pipes and once because maintenance neglected to plug in the washer drain after attempting to fix it. These incidents caused constant disruptions, including having random roommates cycle through my unit. The best part? I only paid about 6,000 per semester to live in this hell-hole!

Both times I lived here I got moved into dirty rooms and got this email a little over half way into the fall semester. When my roommate and I had a meeting to relocate the only option they had was a quad and there was no other options for us then to be put with random people. They were honestly pretty rude during this meeting. Cece and I both decided this year after having 3 bad experiences with random roommates in the past to move into a double and that was just kind of taken away from us. We pay a lot of money with dorms and the required meal plans so if you are a student wondering if you should live off campus I would say based on my experience move off campus!! Also, th apartment we had to move into is filled with mold from all the pipe damage!
