Probably good for a first time apartment or a last minute solution. In my opinion theres no real structure here.

What a dump, definitely welfare residence. Rats running around the dumpsters, more than likely bed bugs and roaches. Thank God we only drove through the parking lot. Someone had something on facebook market place, I seen that toilet of a complex and kept on driving.
