I was in need of a short term corporate suite for a few weeks in January, and Perry Payne was so accommodating! The apartment was fully furnished, nicely appointed kitchen with all necessary items and the layout was perfect to get work done while I was there. The staff is really friendly and greeted me everytime they saw me, by name! If you are looking for a furnsihed short term rental Perry Payne is the way to go!

Place is great so far! Very nice building, super friendly staff and always willing to help. The amenities are great, especially the gym and rooftop! The studio apartments are very nice - the layout is very neat and almost makes it feel like a 1 BR, with a separate living and dining room space.

I’ve been new to the downtown area for 6 months. My daughter is a student at CSU so we wanted something close and affordable. Perry Payne has been fantastic. I was concerned about large apartment living and “sharing space” but it has exceeded my expectations. We have much more privacy than expected. Susan has been fantastic answering any/all questions, assisted me with everything that I needed to set up such as parking, internet, laundry, etc. The maintenance staff is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond when necessary. They, also, change the filters and maintain the appliances on a regular basis, without having to be asked. I would recommend Perry Payne to anyone who is looking for the city living experience.

I’ve been here for years and have loved my units - huge windows and tall ceilings! Great location in downtown; it’s super convenient. The leasing agent Jacey is very knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. Maintenance is quick as well!

Update: The fact the owner took time to contact me personally to help resolve the issues I experienced speaks volumes to the integrity of the upper management. It also makes me feel confident in saying the buildings they rent are a good value especially for living downtown. As I look to move on from the city of cleveland I will seek their properties in the next city I land. My time at this building will be remembered fondly over all, despite the pandemic. Perry payne is a perfect building for people in their young to late 20's. With thick cement walls sound is infrequently an issue. It does have a more party atmosphere and lots of new people to meet on the weekends from out of town. The rooftop in the summer is a great place to relax in the day or party into the night under the glow of the cities lights. Or just head out, everything downtown is walking distance, and ohio city is a quick bike ride. The apartments are spacious and most offer large (6' by 12'ish) south facing windows. Perfect for growing any houseplant you want, all year long, even fruit trees! From my window I am able to see the river and 5 bridges. As well as the federal court house. The only down side has been the inability to open the windows in the unit. Electricity has not exceeded 120 dollars each bill in the winter and generally was less then 100 in the summer.
