I lived here for three years and it was a wonderful place to call home. I had very few complaints. I would absolutely recommend to young professionals and/or grad students, you will fit right in.

I lived here for two years, and I lived so comfortably here. I did not have a single bad moment at the Mayfield Apartments; the staff was incredibly nice, understanding, and attentive. The location is perfect. It honestly was a great place to live. Highly recommend.

The owner and management of the Mayfield Station Apartments are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They truly want you to have a good experience living here and make it your home. They are very quick to respond to maintenance concerns, often within the same day. They provide you with their direct phone numbers and emails and they are always available. Most of the tenants are young medical professionals. It's about a 10 minute walk to Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and University Hospital. I walked to and from work everyday and I always felt safe. It's also only a 5-10 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of Little Italy, with less than a 5 minute walk to Presti's, Corbo's, and every other restaurant in Little Italy. On the other side, it's just a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, Panera, Chipotle, Mitchell's Ice Cream, and so many other amazing restaurants.

Living here is extremely convenient and the park makes a great way to get out in an urban area. The apartments are a perfect size for me and the train is fairly quiet. My only critic is that the floors are a little uneven in some spots. Doesn't effect too much though so I love living here!

Mayfield Station Apartments has been an amazing place to live in. Great amenities, great location in Little Italy/University Circle next to lots of good restaurants, University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve, and great management who is easy to get in contact with. It is next door to the RTA railway, where you can get to downtown and/or Cleveland Airport easily.
