Innovation Landing

I’ve had a great experience with the crew over at Innovation Landing. The location in Cleveland close to the university and other key places is excellent. It's easy to get around and having the parking garage is a huge convenience. The property itself is really nice, modern, and well maintained, and the management team has been attentive, professional, and clearly pays close attention to detail.

I’ve lived here for a year, and I love the appliances and my actual unit. However, I sent in a maintenance request in mid July, because my ac unit has been acting up. It spits out water, and my apartment has been at 75% humidity for weeks now. I can’t grow plants because they grow mold, and my bedding has been damp. I bought a $70 dehumidifier, but it only makes my bedroom a little less humid. They never reaponded to my request. After a month, I contacted them, and the replies were very short, and they didn’t give me a timeline. It has been 2 weeks since she said that she would send someone, she hasn’t been responding since. She responded to my partner when he texted, however, she said things would be fixed by today (08/22) surprise! It’s not fixed, we have not even been contacted! I would love to change my review if they actually fix my problem instead of pushing me off UPDATE: We just got new management and they have been absolutely wonderful so far!! My washer broke and they have been very communicative about getting me a new one. The new maintenance people have cleaned up the hallways so nice, and I appreciate their work :))

I lived there for a year and had several maintenance issues with the appliances in the apartment that were always temporarily fixed. The biggest one is the washer/dryer. I was told that it’s the number one complaint and that there will be nothing done about it. I hope you enjoy mopping because it will flood the entire entry way. For the last two months of living at Innovation Landing, there was no air conditioning (during the hottest months of the year). My apartment was consistently 80-87 degrees every day. Mind you I had an animal in the apartment. The windows in your apartments do not open so there is no airflow:) When you call to get this fixed or send a maintenance request you are met with no response or that there is nothing that can be done. On top of that, we had a new property manager start when these a/cs went out on the ENTIRE 2ND FLOOR and you could not reach her for 2 weeks. The cherry on top is that they never once sent an email to apologize for the inconvenience or offered a solution:) I’ve lived in not so great places but this one is somewhere I would never recommend to ANYONE.
