The new management has made a noticeable difference. The building feels so much more alive and well cared for now, and you can tell they’re putting a lot of effort into making it a great place to live. The rooftop is one of my favorite parts of the building, and you can’t beat the location. The building has a modern feel, it’s always clean, and I appreciate how safe it is.

Euclid grand has become a wonderful place to live since the new management team took over - Nick is responsive and resolves issues quickly. It’s also so much cleaner! Great maintenance staff. Security guard is great to, very knowledgable, feels good to come home to. The building is beautiful and has great amenities - modern design, a gym, game room, roof access... I’m glad the new management team is doing it justice.

The new management under Nick has been really excellent! He is incredibly responsive to all of our concerns— I’ve never lived in a building with response times as fast. All of our troubles, maintenance and otherwise, have been promptly resolved with him! The building is clean and beautiful, and has really transformed with Nick’s efforts.

I came down to Cleveland, Ohio for a work project and was stressed out looking for a place to stay while in town. Management and staff here were very welcoming and helpful to give me a place of comfort for my stay for the duration of the project. I am very grateful for the staff here and highly recommend to anyone needing a place.
