Nice place good atmosphere no smoking

Cold water has been broken for weeks, only steaming hot water is coming out of the shower. Multiple work orders regarding it have been canceled. The AC is turned off for the winter but has not been turned back on for Spring, leading to 85° dorms 24/7 during finals. Opening the windows only helps occasionally.
