Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dierra in the rental office. She was very nice which accompanied her knowledge and willingness to help with the situation at hand. Seeing was a little frazzled, she stepped right in, explaining the whys, and then assisting with the corrections. In 2-3 minutes questions answered and problem solved. Great experience 👍

I don’t even live there, never did but I did applied months ago and no one responded to me but from the looks of the reviews. I don’t think I would want to stay there. Manger never returned my called.

After living here for almost 1.5 years, I would not recommend this apartment complex. They allow people to smoke indoors, so it reeks of weed and cigarettes constantly, which is a health concern and very unpleasant. The laundry room is always dirty and the trash cans are always overflowing. Half of the washer and dryers are constantly broken and take forever to be fixed. The building (lobby, elevators, hallways) are always dirty and untidy, it smells bad everywhere. There also isn't any designated guest parking. Because of this, any nearby parking spots are taken up by non residents. In the winter, they don’t salt the sidewalks/parking lots and barely plow the parking lots, so it is always super thick with ice and parking spots are awful getting in/out of. I also had a package stolen here, and was told by management that they would check the cameras and help find who stole my package. Despite reaching out to management several times, I never received a response or any help. Pretty sure the cameras they do have in the building aren’t even working. The side door key fob sensors were always breaking down and would take forever to get fixed, which was annoying. I would not sign a lease here again.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! For what this place charges for rent, they should be ashamed of themselves. First of all, they HAVE a bug problem and they're not doing anything about it. It was to the point where we had to get our own exterminator. The trash compactor is always full for days, sometimes weeks, causing more bugs. 80% of the washers and dryers HAVE BEEN OUT OF ORDER FOR MONTHS....Next their maintenance workers are a joke. They don't let you know they're coming, or what they actually did (if they did anything), they never come when someone is home, they say that they complete your work order but don't and I have to make numerous maintenance orders for the same thing because they didn't fix it the first time or didn't fix it at all. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We are finishing out our lease and we're out.... EDITED 8/15/2026 "If there are specific items in your home that require immediate attention, or if you would like to discuss this matter further, please visit our leasing office so we can assist you directly." WHY YES THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIFIC IN MY HOME THAT REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION....THE FACT THAT THERE IS A LEAK COMING FROM THE APARTMENT ABOVE OUR BEDROOM, SO YES PEOPLE THERE IS DIRTY WATER LEAKING ONTO OUR BED AND HOW DID COPPERTREE RESPOND...BY LYING TO US SAYING THAT A MAINTENANCE WORKER WAS COMING OUT THE NEXT DAY....DID THEY COME OUT...ABSOLUTELY NOT....SO NOT ONLY COULD WE NOT SLEEP IN OUR OWN BED, BUT WE HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS DRIPPING THE ENTIRE WEEKEND (THIS WAS REPORTED ON FRIDAY)...."SO WAY TO GO ON FIXING THAT PROBLEM COPPERTREE" MAINTENANCE STILL SUCKS, THERE IS STILL A BUG PROBLEM...WANNA KNOW WHY THERE IS STILL A BUG PROBLEM, BECAUSE THERE IS NASTY ASS TENANTS THAT LEAVE THEIR TRASH IN THE HALLS INSTEAD OF TAKING IT TO THE TRASH COMPACTOR. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME BUT THE OFFICE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THIS PLACE IS NO WHERE NEAR WHAT I THOUGHT IT WAS AND I CAN NOT WAIT TIL OUR LEASE IS UP

This place is going downhill once again .. as soon as things get better here it seems like people get replaced in the office and it’s back to square 1 . The new property manager is very rude to us and now maintenance is terrible . I’ve had a leaking faucet in my unit for 6 days and haven’t been able to use my sink and I’m being told it’s not urgent by the property manager . This is ridiculous .. with the old maintenance supervisor things got taken care of promptly but now I don’t even see him anymore . There’s trees falling down all around the property , the pool is closed now and the hallways and trash rooms are disgusting . Seems like no one cares about this property they just want our money .
