These modern apartments offer a convenient and comfortable living experience, particularly for students and professionals associated with the Cleveland Clinic or Case Western Reserve University, given their excellent proximity to these institutions and University Circle. Residents often praise the new, well-maintained units, clean common areas, and responsive management, who are frequently highlighted for their helpfulness and dedication. However, prospective tenants should be aware of consistently high utility costs and ongoing concerns about car break-ins in the parking lots, despite management's efforts to enhance security.

I moved out about a year ago in 2025. Lived there one year. Nice and new apartments. Pros include location close to CCF, responsive property management (Lisa is very good), and nice new building. Cons are the location (in a relatively unsafe and trash-covered neighborhood; as a woman I did not feel safe walking in the dark and would not advise children play outside), car break ins due to the area, and the EXTREMELY high cost of electricity. I paid almost $300 a month for a 1BR and low kilowatt hours. Upon looking into it, I believe that the apartment contracted with a sub metering company for electricity and thus unfortunately passed on high electric costs to their residents. Lisa the property manager was extremely helpful and looked into it and after about 4 months, with a new meter I received a small compensation. However, I did not feel like the revised $250 a month electric costs were worth the other cons of the building and were inappropriate for a brand new unit with energy efficient appliances. The issue is the sub metering company charging exorbitant prices for electricity. I moved and my new apartment within Cleveland is very similar (brand new 1BR with even larger appliances), and I pay 30% of what I used to pay in electric costs. If you move here, just be aware of all pros and cons

Um yeah where do we even start with this apartment complex? First of all, it’s in the straight ghetto. Literally a street over from Hough ave Do your research on that. This apartment is really only convenient for people who either stay or work at Cleveland clinic other than that there’s no reason to be here. It’s boring for one, no pool, no outside seating area, can barely walk a pet & the gym only fits about 2/3 ppl. Watch out at night because they will break into your car weather you pay for the fenced in area or not & the leasing office doesn’t care which is crazy after promising 24 hour Security. & he is weird anyways and doesn’t do his job. I had to check him once for following behind me at 3am. He sits in his car at night sleep or either bsin around. (I’m a late night person so I watch and know what’s going on) The glass from the car break ins sit on the street for months and months. Apartments start at $1500 but you’ll be close to $2k every month with those high utility bills and parking. The pot holes on the surrounding streets will damage your car. The leasing off will be all in your mix. The apartment is next door to a field and abandoned homes so don’t be surprised if you see a mouse in your place. Random ppl get through the front door and will knock on your door with fake service. The back door stays open so anybody can hop the fence and come in. They put up jail wiring in the back parking lot to prevent car break ins (this is right after mines was broken into and nice things were stolen out of my car) AFTER parking on the street and getting my window busted twice! But they can’t put it over the fences where the 2 houses are so anybody can still get over it. They expect you to deep clean your apartment after you move out so they don’t have to do anything (literally want you to dust the ceilings vents etc) like??? This place has let me down tremendously and I’ve given them over $50k within the last 2 years. You can’t break your lease either. & If you look at the other comments you know I’m not lying. Do your research people. Theres better opportunities!
