AI Review Summary
This student living option offers a fantastic location just off campus, providing great convenience to classes and local amenities, along with a secure environment featuring key fob access and underground parking. Many residents appreciate the modern, furnished apartments, in-unit laundry, and access to a gym and courtyard, often highlighting the friendly and responsive staff and maintenance teams, especially under recent management changes. However, some students have experienced challenges, including occasional issues with apartment cleanliness upon move-in, unresponsive communication from management regarding maintenance concerns, and recurring problems like false fire alarms, thin walls, and unexpected fees.

We moved my son in back in August of 2025. The apt was very dirty and we helped him do a deep clean rather than complain to management. We moved him out in August of 2026. We helped him clean it well determined to leave it clean and in good condition for the next students that moved in. A couple weeks later we were charged $35 for not leaving it clean. I sent an email explaining how we cleaned it and left it in much better condition than we found it. I received no response after a week. This apt building is poorly run. You’ll hear from them a lot when they are trying to get you to commit to lease or to renew, but if there is an issue, no response.

My first two years were fantastic- the convenience and proximity to campus was the best part. However, during my third returning year living at the Verge, I discovered a severe mold outbreak in my bathroom and closet, due to a leak in my faucet. The staff had planned to provide a dehumidifier, reimbursements, and assistance with relocation, but none were completed until asked countless times and involved an attorney. Once I transferred units, my roommates dealt with mold growing in their vents. The admin insisted that they pay the $300 transfer fee since they were "unaffected". Even when my roommate was dealing with lung issues due to mold allergies, they refused to waive the fee until the attorney was mentioned again. The admin is extremely un-proactive and if you have an issue, it will not be resolved unless their finances are threatened. They funded plenty of events to advertise the "lifestyle" of this apartment online, but they don't actually provide solutions to your health and well-being issues here.
