Stayed at the RED for over a year (moved due to professional reasons). Excellent location and very responsive management. The community itself was very safe and meticulously maintained. Requests for maintenance were addressed promptly and the service personnel were very nice and readily available. The apartment was well constructed and maintained, and very dog-friendly community. We loved every bit of our stay at the RED! Highly recommend in Cincinnati.

I've lived at The Red since 2020 and I can honestly say they do a fantastic job here. The facility always looks first class and they hav we a really nice pool. The office staff is very helpful, positive and does a great job. The maintenance team always does a fantastic job and has been really helpful. I had small issue with my air conditioner over the 4th of July weekend last year and the team came out to fix it over the weekend. I highly suggest living at The Red to anyone else too!

Loved staying here, the amenities were amazing and the finishes on the apartments were great too. The rooms are very noise isolating and everything feels really top notch
