This place is awful. Management is rude, maintenance doesn’t show up half the time, and for all the money you’re spending it is 100% not worth it. They RUSH to get money out of you but won’t show up in times of emergency. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. You can get WAYYYYYYYYYYYY better for cheaper. TRUST ME. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

The apartment was extremely dirty when I moved in. There was a significant amount of dust and buildup in the apartment, and the air-conditioning unit is particularly concerning. The inside of the Mitsubishi AC unit has a large amount of dust, dirt, and dark buildup around the air outlet and internal components. Some of it looks like mold or mold-like growth. This is not a minor issue that can be dismissed as normal wear and tear. This is an air-conditioning system that circulates air directly into the apartment. I should not have to move into a new apartment and immediately discover this level of buildup inside the AC system. At this point, I don’t even think the issue is simply whether management should send someone to clean my particular unit. I strongly recommend that every resident at The Eden inspect their own AC units and other areas of their apartments. Check the vents, filters, air outlets, and places that are not immediately visible. You may want to see what is actually inside the equipment that has been circulating air through your apartment. If other residents find the same kind of dirt and buildup, I think residents should document it and complain to management together. This should not be treated as an isolated cleaning request if the same problem exists throughout the building. I have documented the condition of my apartment and have requested that management address it. But as a new resident, I should not have to discover and report basic cleanliness and maintenance problems immediately after moving in. If you are considering renting here, I strongly recommend inspecting the apartment carefully before moving in—and especially checking the condition of the AC system.

it's pretty bad for what you pay for, AND they are raising the rent this year. the doors are always broken, there's a silverfish infestation, and management could not care less. very unhelpful and rude over the phone

Lived here for a semester and it was awful. Probably one of the worst properties around campus. Management was super rude and unhelpful. Packages were constantly stolen. Fire alarms in all the rooms were blinking for a week and a half before they fixed it because it wasn’t an “emergency”. Elevator was broken multiple times. There were multiple maintenance works issued for the dryer before they finally fixed it ( it took them 2 semesters). The dishwasher was broken for months. The thermostat wasn’t working properly either and it was freezing during the winter. Do not recommend.

This place is great! They host great events you always leave with a prize and some free food. I feel safe parking my car in the garage.
