Many students appreciate the overall community feel, convenient location, and some aspects of the apartments themselves, with several highlighting positive interactions with specific staff members during the leasing and move-in process. However, a recurring concern is the slow response to maintenance issues, including significant delays in addressing critical problems like leaks and broken air conditioning, which can significantly impact the day-to-day living experience.

THIS PLACE IS HORRID! I wish you could truly leave a review with 0 stars. It is quite mind boggling as to how this place operates on a day to day basis. I pray no one else signs their life away for this ABOMINATION they are selling as an "Apartments"

DON’T EVER LIVE HERE!! I wouldn’t even tell my worst enemy to move into these apartments! First, the communication has not been great from the start due to their AI chatbots that run the phone and text line. Second, our move in experience was sub par at best due to staff and inaccurate information shared prior to move in. Third, at move-in, there was a HORRIFIC scent in our apartment. It smells like a mix of trash, BO, stinky food, and smoke and it is still here two months later! Also, we were not given the necessary items or information at move-in. We were given the keys, told we had 7 days to submit pictures of preexisting damage, and then the lady left promptly. We took 55 pictures worth of preexisting damage(cracks in walls, window caulk cracks, broken cabinet surfaces (since been fixed), and more)!!! Fourth, we have killed countless bugs while only living here 2 months (centipedes, spiders, cockroach), which is crazy considering we pay a $7 monthly pest fee. Speaking of fees, they have SEVERAL fees that are not properly disclosed. The only place they can be found is on your lease or welcome home letter (which I received after signing my lease…) as an addendum. They cannot be found on the fee guide, and the website leads you to believe they are not something you have to worry about either. Our monthly rent is advertised at $1299 and our latest bill says we owe $1673.81. Excuse me??? And of course when I asked about it I was told “well this was all in your lease agreement, sorry.” As a real human that knows not everyone fully reads a full 47 page lease agreement (even if we should), I just want to share all of these horrors that are conveniently buried in the lease 😍 Please pray I can get out of this horrible place. And don’t ever even consider living here!!!
