Only lived there for 1 year because I graduated, but it was a nice year. My one complaint with it (maintenance issues) got fixed the second Nick and Sadie were put as permanent on site workers. They were put there about halfway through my lease and made those last 6 months very stress free on that end.

Spyglass seems to be turning things around! Last year, management left the property and things started getting pretty bad. Lots of fights, tons of tresspassing in the pool to the point where residents couldn't use it, we were without AC for the entire summer and there was garbage all over the property. Thankfully, the new property manager is back on site and is actually following through on what they've been saying. Though the AC is still broken, they did give us a portable unit which works pretty well, the hired new cleaning and maintenance staff who have been doing a good job, they installed a lock on the pool gate and have maintenance on site to kick people out and lock up the pool at 8pm. Sad we lose 2 pool hours, but a good compromise to not have tresspassing issues. Hopefully things will keep going in this direction!
