My daughter movied into the apartments in August, she has been living with Roaches and they were there from day one. I called and all they do is spray but nothing is being done to actually get rid of them. Apparently the spraying isn't helping since the roaches are still alive and not dying. Im trying to break the lease now for all three girls.

Very kind and caring office staff and maintenance team. Both have been very quick and helpful with all of my issues, even before my lease started.

I wouldn't recommend living here. The apartments are outdated, poorly built, and paying almost $1,000 a month just doesn't feel worth it. One of the biggest frustrations has been the constant inspections and management coming into the apartment. They only give you a 24-hour notice before an inspection, and with how often it happens, it feels like there's very little privacy. Parking is also a headache because there never seems to be enough spaces for residents. It honestly feels like management spends more time sitting in the office sending out newsletters that no one asked for than actually addressing the issues that would make living here better.

Great place to live! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is fast, professional, and reliable. Really appreciate how quickly they respond whenever something needs to be fixed.
