My fiance lives there. Ceiling has been leaking for years. Plumbing is currently backed up in kitchen and bathroom, Air conditioner is broken. Currently 81 inside unit. Pool is closed more than it's open. Untreated mold, carpet left with untreated sewage. Absolutely would not recommend 👎🏼

Where do I even start?! I’m honestly just mad at myself for moving here. Please don’t make the same mistake I did by not taking the reviews seriously. Take your time, do your research, and talk to people who actually live here. This complex of full of roaches and MICE (yes big ones) (please read the reviews and pictures). The worst management ever, using any way to scam and blame whenever you ask for a mix or complain. Safety is a BIG issue here. Management never listens or seems to care about your concerns. They don’t seem to care about the condition of the apartments either, their main job is to convincing you to sign the lease and then you’re stuck!!! Don’t walk. Runnn!

Please listen: DO NOT RENT HERE. We had the worst 2 years of my life living here. Management is the worst ever. Really bad conditions: all types of insects you can imagine unless it’s fine for you to live with cockroaches all over the place. The complex is not safe. Make sure to have a really good car insurance cuz they will break your car for sure and the office can do nothing about it. Please save yourself from this miserable place.
