I have absolutely loved living here and can honestly say it’s been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The layout of my unit was so thoughtfully designed: bright, spacious, and felt like a true home. I had multiple friends say that they loved the layout and facing 5th street with so many windows had a gorgeous amount of natural light. The grounds are beautifully maintained year-round, and everything from the hallways to the landscaping is kept in pristine condition. It’s also a very quiet and safe community, with neighbors who are friendly and respectful, which made it such a comfortable place to live. I never saw a pest in my apartment... which is important! Above all, the management team is attentive and truly cares about the residents. Their hard work shows in every detail. I am grateful to have called this place home and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run community that isn't interested in nickeling-and-diming you at every turn.

Living at Monmouth Row was a great experience. Rosie and Candido are very responsive and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and spacious. The surrounding area has great restaurants, close proximity to the river and the stadiums/downtown Cincinnati area. Overall, we had an exceptional time living at Monmouth Row and would recommend it to everyone.

This place is absolutely wonderful! We lived here for 2.5 years and never had any issues. Management & maintenance respond very quickly, parking is as convenient as it comes and the location is prime. Such a great place to live and i recommend to anyone!!!!!!

2 BR apartments are definitely a little nosy (facing Monmouth). I don't think others are as bad. Location is awesome, especially if you're a runner. Rosie is very helpful and professional. I got irritated mid last year with construction and other noise causing issues. However, Rosie maintained professionalism and helped however she could. Despite the attitude i gave her last year, she was extremely fair during the move-out process and gave me the best move-out experience I've had in 5 states over 7 years.
