We just moved after living here since June 2023 and we loved it. We lived in the 1600 building. The leasing agents were so friendly and responsive. The maintenance team were also super friendly and responsive and quick to respond to maintenance needs. We always knew if we had any concerns, they’d be taken seriously and taken care of and we’d be listened to. The property was beautiful and peaceful and we loved hanging out at the pool in the summer time. We had two kids while living there and always felt safe there. I highly recommend living here! With it being right next to NKU, I expected it to be all college students but the community is really diverse and everyone living there were really friendly. I can’t recommend this place more :)

This place was ridiculous. Liked it for the whole time living here with little problems throughout. But management became an issue as we moved out. They forgot to send us a document indicating that we wanted to move out and charged us an extra month of rent for it! Even though they said that it was their mistake and they would take care of it and not charge us for it. I thought wrong. Bad bad bad.
