0 out 10 do NOT recommend. Especially if you are a person of color. Leasing team was fantastic the first year. New people the second year with horrible customer service skills. Very unprofessional, rude not welcoming or friendly at all. Will nitpick you but not the non melenated about everything. How does a new build already have mold in the apartments? For all the money they charge, you would think things would be great. Not

I was the first tenant in one of the new buildings and lived there for a little over a year. My biggest issue was, upon moving out, I had requested that the leasing staff keep my new address private. I had disclosed that this was for safety reasons. They replied and confirmed in writing that they would keep my information private. Within a few weeks they had already shared my new address. I got an "I'm sorry" email after they checked and realized that they had indeed already told me in writing that my information would be kept private. But no remediations were offered. It's advertised as a luxury apartment but you really do have to twist arms to get the staff to help with anything. Another example was when their phone system to access the building was down, they tried to charge me 50 dollars so that I could have access with a fob (only one fob is offered per apartment, not per tenant) The pool is great. They did not tell me during the tour that the tap machines (coffee and beer) were only available during a 2ish hour window in the morning and evening so I could rarely enjoy that amenity. The actual apartment unit was comfortable other than having to run a dehumidifier in my apartment constantly during the warm months to keep the indoor humidity below 70% (the carpets were getting moist without it).

Very mediocre. Management is no where to be found for packages, this place is a big eyesore. Overpriced, Cheap materials for flooring, overly complicated entrances.

INCREDIBLE place to live !!! And the maintenance crew is ALWAYS on top of everything & very fast ! The few times I’ve had to reach out, everything was good as new within hours !! Shaun & Jono are THE BEST!!!! Friendly, efficient & take their jobs very seriously! I can’t thank them, Graphite & the whole crew enough!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND overall !!! 5 STAR for sure !!!!
