HORRIBLE OBVIOUSLY UNTRAINED staff except the older lady😊, expect a horrible time living there. nice apartment tho minus the constant construction!

Gateway Lofts is THE best!! I've stayed at Gateway for the past year and have nothing but positive things to say about the apartment complex, especially the management team. The apartment complex itself is beautiful; everything is new and spacious within the apartment units. They also have great amenities, including a nice gym, a lounge area with huge TVs, a pool table and coffee machine, and a courtyard where you can play cornhole and other fun yard games outside. Additionally, on-site parking made it super easy for me to have my car without worrying about finding street parking each night. The building itself is very secure, as no one can enter unless they are a resident and use their key fob, which gave me peace of mind regarding security. What really sets Gateway Lofts apart, though, is the management team. From free giveaways to fun activities that the team puts together, management goes out of their way to make residents feel valued and appreciated. When they found out that I won't be living here next year because I'm getting married, they bought several items off my wedding registry!!! This is just one of many examples of how amazing the management team is and how genuinely they care about their residents. I would HIGHLY recommend Gateway Lofts to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and well-managed place to live. My experience here has been nothing short of outstanding, and while I'm excited for my next chapter of life, I'll miss being a resident at Gateway Lofts :)

I am extremely disappointed with Gateway Lofts and the management’s refusal to address a serious security issue in the parking garage. Multiple residents have repeatedly requested that management keep the parking garage gate closed, yet management continues to refuse. Recently, a vehicle parked directly in front of mine had its windows smashed, and another resident had items stolen from their car. After seeing what happened, I felt forced to move my own vehicle because I was genuinely concerned it would be next. Residents are paying approximately $200 per month for parking, yet management appears unwilling to take basic steps to improve security. It is unacceptable to charge premium parking fees while leaving the garage vulnerable to vandalism and theft. When residents raise legitimate safety concerns, they should be heard and taken seriously. Instead, management has chosen not to act despite repeated requests. No resident should have to worry about whether their car will be broken into simply because management refuses to close a gate. Until meaningful action is taken to improve security and protect resident’s property, I cannot recommend living here.

10s across the board. The staff is beyond helpful, anything you need they will be certain to get it done. I love living here and I would gladly recommend it to anyone
