Furlong Trails

I had an outstanding experience with Furlong Trails and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a professional, well-managed place to live. From the beginning, the application and approval process was handled professionally and efficiently. The communication was clear, the staff was responsive, and I felt that my application was treated fairly and with respect. What stood out to me most was the professionalism of the management team. In an industry where communication and consistency can sometimes be lacking, my experience with Furlong Trails was completely different. I felt that the staff genuinely cared about providing a positive experience for residents and prospective residents. I was particularly impressed by the overall organization of the property and the way the leasing process was handled. My experience was positive enough that I would confidently consider Furlong Trails again in the future. Five stars without hesitation. If you are looking for a community where professionalism, communication, and respectful treatment of applicants matter, I highly recommend Furlong Trails.

When my husband and I first moved in here four years ago these apartments were well taken care of by the property manager Soren! A couple years they replaced her with a lady who can’t tell left from right. She’s never in the office or answers the phone but don’t worry you get to listen to a five minute voicemail every time you call! When you bring these issues up to her or ANY issues it’s never her fault it’s always the tenants fault. She has laughed about getting cars towed. She sends out condescending emails almost weekly. I talked to multiple tenants in the building we were in who had all the same issues I’ve listed above. I would look somewhere else if you have the opportunity!

We have lived here on the Property for over 17 years .We Want to Thank David The Maintenance Man at Furlong Trails for going above and beyond. We appreciate You David .

I loved it here for the most part & Stacey is the best!! She’s the apartment manager, she makes the process very easy & made me very comfortable with both the moving in process and the moving out process! Not a bad size apartment. Can be noisy and smell of smoke at times but honestly most apartments are. For the most part I loved it here & Stacey better not go anywhere!! You’ll love her too. :)

No one is ever in the office. Never received an email or call back from messages left for this place to answer any questions - Terrible.
