AI Review Summary
Students consistently praise this property for its excellent downtown location, offering easy access to nightlife, restaurants, and amenities while maintaining a quieter atmosphere. The well-maintained property, responsive management, and friendly community create a comfortable living experience, complemented by appealing features like flexible floor plans and pet-friendly amenities. While the rent may be on the higher side, this is generally acknowledged as a trade-off for the prime downtown location, though some past issues with communication regarding move-out costs and occasional unpleasant smells have been noted.

Showed up at 3pm on a Tuesday, dialed the 000 as instructed on the keypad for the call-box to have access into the entrance and nothing worked. Multiple attempts were made and nothing on their site says to call ahead. We called the number on the door as well and nothing. Oh well maybe wasn’t meant to be for us to move here!

We did try to stop by while in town and had a gap in our morning to possibly check out and tour an apartment. Understandably they’re busy and we’re filled with appointments. However, when simply inquiring if this was something we could do we were met with great hostility and an upsetting attitude.
