I can’t recall ever leaving a Google review before, which should give some indication of how frustrating this experience has been. I requested a copy of my lease from the General Manager, Dustin, and received no response for over four weeks. I was planning to terminate my lease early and needed the agreement to coordinate the timing of my move. Since it was never provided, I physically went to the office to clarify the move-out requirements and was told by the front desk that I needed to provide 30 days’ notice. I relied on that information, submitted my notice, and planned my new lease accordingly. Dustin again did not respond to my notice, so I had to return to the office just to confirm he received it. During that visit, I was told I was actually responsible for rent through the end of September. Dustin then repeatedly pointed out over email that this requirement was stated in my lease. That completely misses the issue: I had been requesting the lease from him for nearly a month and never received it. That is exactly why I went to the office for clarification, only to be given incorrect information by their staff. I wasn’t asking them to waive my early termination fee. I simply asked them to honor the 30-day notice I was told was required and prorate my rent through September 11. I even escalated the situation to the Director, who never acknowledged my email either. Mistakes happen. What’s unacceptable is the lack of accountability when a resident repeatedly tries to get the correct information, relies on information provided by your own staff, and is then financially penalized for it. For a property at this price point, the communication, professionalism, and consistency from management were extremely disappointing.

This is one of the best apartments to stay at in Cincinnati, hands down. Beautiful layouts, great building and even better management. Chris and Jeanne Marie are always helpful, genuinely caring and extremely efficient at managing this property very well. I am spoilt having lived here for over two years.
