They moved me in even though the apartment had not been fully cleaned. There were spider webs throughout all the windows, including the fireplace. They lied and said the stove was brand new, which it wasn't because the sensor temp stoves that they use were not heating up! The bathroom floor still needed to be repaired, keep in mind you have to pay for heat, so the windows are so outdated, both of the bedrooms stay cold and never heat up properly and they refuse to take care of the issue. All the vents still have trash, and debris in them, that could potentially be the main reason why the heat is not coming out properly. They will have their own HAVAC handyman come out just to put a temp gauge up to the vents and say it's getting heat, and to keep all the doors open so that the heat can travel to the bedrooms, and also close some of the vents so that the heat can travel to that room!! Like are you insane or delusional!!! We're not talking about a 2,000-3,000 sq ft house this is an apartment with only three doors one is the bathroom and if both bedrooms are cold what's the purpose of keeping doors open ๐ค๐ค๐ค๐ค overall my experience here has been a nightmare from day one...I hate it here and am ready to move!! Not to mention the buildings are sliding I brought it up to Management's attention she's going to ask for me to elaborate on it, as if girl you don't know these buildings are sliding!! I'm starting to hear the walls in my bedroom cracking. Then they have everything rigged in these buildings..I noticed outside my wall another tenant's internet connection going into a three splitter and the main cord is going into my apartment๐ค๐ค๐ค there are also a lot of small pipes running in the inside hallways that make loud screeching sounds that I've reported asking if it's normal.. And never received a response. You literally have to deal with the owners of the property to get things done, because the Sundance team that runs Arbor of Montana are all a bunch of liars!! Again, I HATE IT HERE AND READY TO MOVE!!!
