I lived here when it was managed by SNS Management and it was a very nice apartment! Managed very well and much more. I moved out for about 1 year and then i moved back to Amberly House Apartments. When i moved back the elevators were dirty, the stairs were dirty, the chairs and tables outside was all over the place, the walls had big sand paint on them, and also the gym wasn’t in use for about 1 year. And not to mention the leasing office is never open! But the apartments are very Luxury and very nice.

I scheduled a showing to see an apartment at this property via email for a Saturday at 2 pm but no one showed up. I called the corporate office and was told that no one worked on the weekends but the answering service could forward my message on to someone else. I was then contacted by someone working at another CMC property who said again no one worked there on Saturday’s and showings are only by appointment AS IF I didn’t make one already (so communication/scheduling issues clearly since I have a whole email chain setting an appointment). She then said she could show me the property at 4, I agreed that would work since I was already in the neighborhood. But of course, no one was there at 4 either. I stayed till 4:15; no one called me until I called the corporate “answering service” again to tell them the same thing happened AGAIN. I am a busy person and I was very insulted that my time was completely wasted today. This complete lack of professionalism has totally turned me against even considering another CMC property again. Honestly, if CMC can’t get the showings right, how can you expect them to get ANYTHING else right after you’re locked in a 12 month lease? Pathetic. I would run for the hills but good luck to anyone who doesn’t.

It was well managed with SNS. Prosper communities came and completely have been messing with the environment. We pay for amenities that we can’t actually use. We pay for a fitness center. Not in use. We pay for a community room. Not in use. You will pay a $25 trash fee but here’s the kicker they only come twice a week. You will pay $50 WiFi even if you already have your own WiFi installed. Just extra chargers over and over again.

My sink was starting to back-up and I didn’t want to wait for it to overflow. I submitted a maintenance request to have the drain cleared and John came and cleared the drain and also poured something down the other drains to ensure they would remain clear and draining properly.

Sandra has been very helpful in this whole process. I have not lived in an apartment in over forty years. She has answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns.
