Lived here for a year now. Thought it was a good place until recently. The gate never works. The parking policy is dumb. Everything is way overpriced. The towing company they use tows you if your backed into your own assigned spot which is over a thousand dollars a year. The apartments themself are nice , but everything else is purely horrible.
