The 4th and Race maintenance is top notch for an apartment building this size. Our dishwasher was broken and Joe with maintenance tried to fix it and then replaced it. When he was too busy to come, he would always update me of when he could come by. The maintenance here is very good and I appreciate them, especially Joe!

Visited a family member who lives here a few weeks back. Property is very well kept and being in the industry, it’s something tend to look at. Maintenance here is doing a top notch job!

My cousin lives here. It’s a very nice place very well. Kept the maintenance guy. He’s just a five star gentleman himself. He carries himself As he really cares about his job, my cousin has had a few few work orders in this maintenance guy gets to it right away couldn’t ask for a better gentleman. My cousin says the manager is a top-tier herself.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. Waste of time and money to deal with downtown BS . Parking is a nightmare. Staff will not help with any move in or move out circumstances.
