The staff here truly makes this community a home. While I had to move for personal reasons I am sad to go! Pam thank you for all you've done for me and countless others. While I no longer reside here Winthrop will always be my home and go to if I ever move back to the area!

Thanks, Pam, for explaining everything to me in detail and answering all my questions—and thanks to Mark as well, for everything. I received a job offer and went to speak with Pam because I had to move; she was very attentive and helped me with everything I needed to do.

I have now been in the Winthrop Terrace Apartments for a little over there months. Pam, the office receptionist, has been nothing short of spectacular, answering any and all questions making the move in proceas a breeze. Mark, the maintenance guy, is always very attentive to all questions that we may have in regards to the inside of the apartment leaving us with clear minds that things will always be maintained to the highest of levels. I can't wait to call this home for years to come!
