My experience with Ivywood Apartments in BG was the best! The management is top tier! It was my first time looking for my son an apartment so he be could be close to the school he is attending. Ms. Teresa was so so nice, helpful, and great to work with. The transition from beginning to the end was effortless, thorough, and easy to understand the process and paperwork. 🥰

I lived at Ivywood way back in the mid 90s right out of high school. I had several friends who lived in the neighborhood and apartments just down the way in Amherst and even further down the road the sheriff that lived next to me was fricken amazing and another just a few apartments down was at my house all the time back in the 90s I remember when I lived there it was a blast.

Ivywood was my first time renting an apartment and I'm so grateful for it. Teresa is great and helped me out so much. It was very appreciated since I had never done this before. Very quiet area and great neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

This place is infested with roaches. No matter how many treatments they won’t go away because they refused to do the whole buildings. Don’t recommend!!!

This is a great place to live and is close to everything and the management is so loving and kind and so accommodating!!! I definitely would recommend checking this place out!!! Teresa is definitely the best landlord out there. She is very sweet. Also, Ronnie is the best maintenance guy out there. He is really down to earth and really accommodating.
