There's a few things you need to watch for. Kathy is fabulous and is great at her job! However, the side of the building facing the street is very noisy and the windows provide little to no sound proof and also leak cold air during the winter time. Pest control is a problem since the rodents living there were impossible to get rid of. Lastly the management company is not responsive. There were several times when there's no hot water and it wouldn't be fixed for two days. It's been over a month since I moved out and I still haven't received my security deposit despite leaving the unit in perfect condition. The accounting department cannot be reached but they will harrass you to have the unit for showing the next day when you end your lease. Be careful.

Absolutely unprofessional business that does not respond to any phone calls or emails. It is impossible to get in contact with management, such as when the hot water goes out. The rent payment portal is very complicated and they will make false claims about outstanding balances. The parking garage is a nightmare to live next to — it’s always very loud at night and unsafe, I’ve called the police multiple times due to gunfire and screaming.

Everyone knows how hard it is to find a nice place in NY, but Kathy Loucks made the process so smooth and straightforward. The apartment was really nice, and during the tour she answered all our questions and walked us through the application process. Thanks to her help, we’ll be moving in just a week after seeing the place. She did an outstanding job with us, and I can’t recommend her enough!

We worked with Kathy to get our first apartment within the Azzure. It was a great experience. She was very helpful and informative and was able to solve any issues we ran into promptly. We were able to get the entire application process and approval done in just two days and cannot be more happy with our experience.
