Many students find the staff welcoming and helpful, contributing to a positive initial impression and a comfortable living experience, with some residents particularly enjoying community events. However, some common areas and terraces have cleanliness issues due to pigeons, and parking can be a daily challenge.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before moving here. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The parking situation is terrible. There are never enough spaces, and finding a spot can be frustrating and stressful on a daily basis. It feels like parking was never properly planned for the number of residents. The common areas are poorly maintained and far from what was advertised. Instead of being clean and welcoming, they often look neglected and unpleasant. The biggest disappointment, however, was the staff. They were consistently unfriendly, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in helping residents. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, I felt like I was bothering them rather than receiving the support I expected. It was incredibly frustrating to live somewhere where no one seemed willing to help when problems came up. Overall, this was one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had. If you value good customer service, well-maintained amenities, and a place where management actually cares about its residents, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic wonderful events by Jordan! The water aerobics was a HIT and we loved Bingo as well. Keep up the good work and thank you for caring so much about your residents. It truly makes all difference!

I was looking around for a new apartment and found 57 Continuum. All the staff members were very welcoming and friendly, which nowadays is very rare to find. Gianna was one of the property managers who assisted me. She was phenomenal and so kind! It was like as if I had known her for years with how comfortable she made me feel. She was very attentive to what I wanted and assisted me with completing the final steps of my lease. She showed me the apartment I got and around the building and explained everything in great detail. Amina and Rosamarie also assisted me as well and were just as great as Gianna. I am so happy I decided on this residence, especially with all the staff team members being super helpful, kind, and attentive. Working with Gianna and the team was definitely a deciding factor on whether or not I wanted to live here.

The first section on thebuilding's website is "Live Carefree at Continuum". This was true a few years ago, recently managament has allowed pigeons to become rent free tenants and have done nothing to assist residents. As you can see for yourself, resident maintenance tickets can go days without any response or resolution. If you do choose to move in, make sure to plan in your budget for cleaning staff to assist in pigeon dropping removal, it usually takes ~2 hours on average to complete!

Dear Management, I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing pigeon problem affecting everyone’s terrace. We pay a substantial amount in rent for what is advertised and priced as a luxury apartment, yet our terrace is consistently covered in pigeon droppings. The situation has become unacceptable. The terrace, which is meant to be a key feature of the apartment and a space for relaxation and enjoyment, is instead unusable due to the constant accumulation of bird waste. This is not a minor inconvenience. The droppings create an unsanitary environment, pose potential health risks, cause damage to surfaces and furniture, and require frequent cleaning at my own expense and effort. It is unreasonable to expect residents paying premium rates to deal with such ongoing maintenance issues. We request that management take immediate and effective action to resolve this problem. Preventative measures such as bird netting, spikes, or other deterrent systems should be installed without delay. I would also appreciate a clear timeline for when this issue will be addressed. Given the level of rent charged for this property, I expect the terrace to meet the standards promised when I signed my lease.
