We spent 30 days there recently. It was an excellent experience. The common areas are terrific... and as we are dog owners, the grounds they provide for the dogs are perfect. We were able to enjoy several events in the Lounge - including the World Cup for which food and beverage was served during the first USA match! They provide 24hr coffee machines in Lobby and in the Lounge. The security system was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly! We highly recommend.

If you are considering moving to White Plain, NY, I strongly recommend scheduling a tour at AVE Hamilton Green. I spent weeks researching and visiting apartments in lower Westchester County and AHG offers the best value for your rental dollar. I moved in 3 months ago and could not be more happy with the location, the building, the staff, the amenities, and the management team. If you are looking for a 5 star rental experience, this is the right place for you.

The property was really awesome but my boyfriend and I felt that we were imposing on the leasing woman since we didn't have an appointment and it was a last-minute stop by. The tour was rushed, and we asked to actually see another apartment, but she said she didn't have the time. I figured with the amount of money the apartments were, she could've given us a little bit more than 15 minutes. The amenities were amazing. The apartments were a little small, but definitely doable as a city apartment.

My wife and I recently stayed at 25 Cottage on a short term 5 day rental.The experience could not have been better. Accommodations were perfect, the staff could not have been nicer and it was far better than staying in a hotel. We were able to enjoy all the amenities offered to regular renters and were treated as such. Great location, neighborhood feel, but close to shops, restaurants and transportation. Highly recommend that you consider this as an option when staying in the White Plains area.

We moved into 5 Cottage a few months ago after living in a furnished apartment at 25 Cottage over the summer. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to make this our permanent residence, and we couldn't be happier. The apartment units are brand new, and the amenities are amazing. The resident events are thoughtfully planned and a great way to feel connected to the community. Everyone who works in the building - from the front desk to the resident services/sales office to the maintenance team - has been incredibly helpful and friendly. We also love how dog-friendly the building is; the outdoor courtyard is a wonderful space, and our dog has made friends with just about everyone. It truly feels like a welcoming place to call home.
