I would like to thank Lila Mayan for all of her help throughout the leasing process. She was professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Lila was always helpful, answered our questions, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all of her support and hard work! Also, I would like to thank Ray Plasencia for all of his assistance in our new apartment. He was professional, prompt, and very helpful. His quick response and attention to detail made settling into our new home much easier. Ray is very friendly and has a very positive attitude, and made us feel immediately that we made the right decision in selecting 130 West. The property is lucky to have someone like him on their maintenance team! I would also like to recognize Christopher for all of the repairs he completed in our apartment. He worked hard to make sure everything was completed properly. We’re looking forward to a wonderful summer and beyond at 130 West with this wonderful team!

Grateful to many people that work at West130 but especially Ray. He’s hardworking, respectful and always caring to all the residents. He sees every task/job to the end and makes sure we are all taken care of! I’ve been at West 130 for a few years and have seen many maintenance workers come and go and Ray has been a great addition! Also extremely thankful to one of the workers who works the grounds and manages the upkeep at the complex. I don’t recall his name but every time I see him he’s always dedicated to his work. Whether it’s outside or inside, his dedication to his job is evident. Thank you to all the staff!

I’ve been here for 2 months and I must say that Ray is the best! He is so nice and respectful! He took care of everything I’ve asked and I appreciate him. Ray and the entire West 130 have helped me settle in to my new home.

I just renewed my lease at West 130 apartments in large part thanks to the diligent work of the maintenance staff, particularly Ray Plasencia. Every issue has been quickly addressed & remedied. Ray does it all with a smile. I especially appreciate the concern to keep my animals safe. Thank you Ray, your a god send!
