The building is secured very nice neighborhood and I love that is very convenient that the store are close by

Seems to be a very nice place with nice amenities and floor plans, however, I would not know first hand; as I have been trying to reach someone to see about getting in here for months. I've called so many times, left messages, gone in person many times, emailed, I even sent an application via snail mail. The only contact back I've ever received was an automatic acknowledgment of my online application. Would be a nice place to live, if only the management was responsive to anyone: tenant or otherwise, as I see that is a common issue here. Very unfortunate.

Is a joke of a place was nice Utica they do not take care of it the new guy they there is a joke puts notes on ppls doors and likes to come after ppl and call them names will be suing them and all vids are on YouTube foe anyone to see think twice about anything to do with this place look it up on YouTube will tell you everything you need to know hope this helps

Beautiful place., costumer service sucks I have two fam members living there and it’s a constance issue to get someone from office available., Mantainance it poor They are good selling you the place and after one of my family member move there have to moved again., they offer you help w paper work and everything else and suddenly you receive a letter said you have to pay today or move out in three days., Soc services takes time to approved your case and they don’t care.,
