The Post Apartments

Koree is hands down the best tour guide for apartment hunting! Koree answered all of mine and my other half questions when we toured! We absolutely love our beautiful new home, and Can’t wait to see the post all done when construction ends! I just know it’s gonna be even more amazing! Thank you Koree and VIP structures for creating such beautiful apartments, and having us in the community ❤️

It has been a great experience living here from start to finish. From the moment I first toured the apartment, Koree was incredibly helpful, answering every single question I had with patience and clear information, which made the decision to move in so much easier. He was even upfront about some ongoing construction on the property, letting me know it should be wrapped up by September. Since moving in, the maintenance team has been just as reliable. I thought I had an issue and I got a response the same day. That kind of responsiveness makes a huge difference in feeling taken care of as a tenant. As for the construction, honestly, you don’t even notice it, no noise or disruption to daily life at all. The apartments themselves are spacious and well designed, with big windows that let in a ton of natural light, making the space feel open and inviting. The building is very secure, always kept clean and well maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well managed, comfortable apartment community.

We met with Koree to show us what was available at the new and impressive apartments at The Post. It was a pleasure to be guided on a tour by Koree! He was extremely personable, competent and infinitely patient while showing us all the various apartment options and amenities. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The property is modern and well-maintained. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings and have lots of storage space. The biggest highlight so far, has been the staff. Koree is very helpful. He gave me a tour of the apartments that I had interest in, and also showed me the surrounding areas of the property. He answered all of my questions promptly, and went above and beyond to help me with any issues that arose. Overall, The Post has exceeded my expectations. Between the beautiful property, amazing amenities, wonderful staff, and how safe the apartment feels, I couldn't recommend this place more.

I had the best experience touring apartments with Koree Reed! I’m moving from out of state and went into my apartment tours feeling completely undecided, but Koree made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Koree was incredibly intentional throughout every tour, took the time to show me all of the properties that fit what I was looking for, and never made me feel rushed. His knowledge of each property and willingness to answer every question gave me so much confidence in my decision. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place, and he truly goes above and beyond. I had fallen in love with an apartment at The Post that had just been leased to someone else, and Koree told me he would reach out if anything similar became available. He absolutely kept his word, and I was able to secure an apartment I’m so excited about. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right home, I can’t recommend Koree enough. He is exceptional at what he does, and I’m incredibly grateful for all of his help throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!!
