Bryant Plaza

I lived in Apt. 215 and this was the most stressful and unlivable building I’ve ever lived in. Noise was constant and extreme — pounding, running, stomping, talking, and disturbances from the unit above and nearby units at all hours. The walls and floors felt paper-thin. You could also hear the train and the firehouse clearly feeling to be inside the apartment every day. The noise was relentless and genuinely affected my autistic son, self and any guests. Delivery access was another nonstop problem. I repeatedly received “undeliverable” notices from Amazon and UPS and Fed X because they could not reliably enter the building, among other issues. The intercom buzzing at all hours, sleep disrupted. I forwarded these issues to management countless times, and nothing ever improved. There were also ongoing maintenance issues reported on their portal - Nothing was handled with any urgency. Instead of addressing any of the problems, management told me more than once that I could “leave if I was unhappy.” Of Note: Bryant Plaza had their Attorney's send a cease and desist letter threatening legal action against my AUTISTIC son, a tenant, just because he shared truthful concerns with a prospective renter in an elevator encounter (APPALLING) — and I posted factual content online. They accused both of us of “defamation” and “interference with business relations,” simply for exercising our First Amendment right and free speech to speak honestly about our lived experience. Rather than engaging constructively or addressing the issues raised, management chose to intimidate and silence me as a resident - as well as my Autistic Son (Shameful) through legal threats. The apartment had ongoing, well-documented problems that impacted our daily lives and well-being and they knew it and admitted it - Civil attempts to resolve matters were ignored — and public speech was met with hostility. I also personally saw several detailed negative reviews from other tenants disappear from Google, while several 5-star reviews appear to be NOT from actual residents. With constant noise, delivery failures, maintenance issues, and more along with the way management handled everything, this building was truly unlivable for me and my son and nothing like the “luxury” experience that was advertised.

From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this building was designed with a true luxury-living mindset. The finishes are elevated, the layouts are thoughtfully planned, and every amenity feels intentional. From the secure indoor parking and EV charging to the stylish common spaces and curated lobby experience. The location is unbeatable. Being able to walk to town adds a level of convenience and lifestyle you don’t typically find in new developments. The building is well maintained and the management team is responsive and caring.

I currently live at Bryant Plaza and I have been here for over a year now. The resident manager is very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building is always kept clean and well-managed. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the property. Highly recommend!

Bryant Plaza is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The apartments are high-quality with great finishes, and the common areas are always clean and welcoming. Management and the building staff are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Overall, it’s a great place to live with an excellent team running it—I highly recommend Bryant Plaza to anyone looking for a place in the area to live.

We moved into Bryant Plaza a few months ago and it's been great. We really enjoy the high quality fixtures / furnishings in our apt and the full gym, lounge (with TV, coffee, plenty of seating), conference room (with wifi, printer). Our building manager and staff have been responsive to our requests and our neighbors / residents in the building are friendly. We regularly walk to Roslyn village center to go to restaurants, get ice cream, etc. And the commute into Manhattan is very easy given the LIRR station outside. And the windows do a good job of keeping out the outside noise. So far, Bryant Plaza has met our expectations and we enjoy living here.
