Recently moved in and love everything! Very responsive/helpful landlord and building manager, cafe downstairs, greenlight internet, and wonderful location.

RESPONSE IS NOT TRUE!!!!! I NEVER applied for this apartment!!! I only viewed the apartment. And, Unit 106 IS NOT what’s shown in the ad!!! Like I said, lovely building, beautiful apartment just NOT the apartment in the ad and of my interest!!! I Love the building! The amenities, the fact that there’s a cafe; however, I did not like the false advertisement. Apartment 106 was the unit I really liked, according to the ad. But once I visited there wasn’t 2 floors, no spiral stairs and the square footage was not 980. 😡 On top of that, I still liked the “apartment “, I asked for an application but never received it. I was quite surprised of the whole ordeal.

I lived in the building for a year and recently moved out. Rashad, the building manager, is wonderful and keeps the building in top shape and is very quick to repair anything. I signed my lease with the old landlord George and he was wonderful, the new landlord Artour is hard to get a hold of and I am not sure he has even been to visit the building. I am not saying this should stray you from renting here I just want to make others aware he is challenging to reach. I already miss living in this beautiful building! Also- the Founders Cafe is AMAZING an absolute treat to have right in the building.
