I have lived here since 2019 and i honestly cant say a negative word. The ENTIRE staff from maintenance to office including district mgrs are the most caring, understanding, empathetic and helpful people. They fix any issues immediately and do a great job. the apt are nice, big and common areas are clean. It's hard to find a fairport resident who hasn't lived here at some pt in their life. I love my place thank you Perinton Manor and all who work here!!!!

They make you pay extra for the pool and gym area. I do not even use it.
