❤️❤️❤️ I love living here until it's time to get an appliance fixed. I've been living here for 3 years. My air conditioner broke a few weeks ago, during the heatwave. Maintenance did everything they could to not replace the unit. Every year since I've lived here my air conditioner needed service. But this year it finally stopped working completely. It was like pulling teeth to get a new unit for my townhouse. My microwave has peeling and flaking paint on the inside. Maintenance came and looked at it and said to leave the door open for a couple of hours a day. From my understanding and experience with microwaves peeling and flaking paint isn't safe, so therefore the unit needs to be replaced. I've never had any issues like this before. I am a disabled veteran who suffers from memory loss and PTSD; among other things. I just want everything to work normally, pay my rent, and continue living here. Some positive things about living here are the rent is reasonable, three levels of living, their green park-like scene, bike trail nearby, close to the beach etc... UPDATE; My microwave was replaced today. I am honestly happy with the staffs prompt response to this issue. I'd like to thank and show appreciation to the maintenance staff for providing friendly and professional service. Thanks to all UPDATE: Service request open since August 24 — still waiting. I submitted a maintenance request on August 24, 2026 regarding significant moisture/water damage in my basement. Maintenance came to inspect the area and told me they would return. They never returned, I have received no follow-up, and the service request is still open. As the attached photos show, there is visible damage along the basement wall and baseboard, including dark growth that is concerning and needs to be properly evaluated. At this point, more than three weeks have passed since maintenance inspected the problem. I understand that repairs can take time, but there has been no communication, no return visit, and no indication of when this will be addressed. A maintenance issue involving moisture and possible mold should not be left sitting indefinitely.

I would not recommend living here. The biggest issue has been the ongoing mice infestation, and management has failed to properly address it. Despite bringing the problem to their attention, they do not take meaningful action to resolve it. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay rent while dealing with mice in your home and feeling like your concerns are ignored. Every tenant deserves a clean, safe, and pest-free place to live, but that has not been my experience here. If management were more responsive and actually addressed maintenance and pest control issues, this could be a much better place to live. They offered to only put traps through the place instead of addressing the issue of where they are coming from. Unfortunately, until they start taking these concerns seriously, I cannot recommend this apartment complex.
