Management over the past 5 years have raised rent over 40% over the past 6 years: from $975 to $1350 for a 2 bedroom while at the same time making no improvements to the units of existing tenants. There was a swimming pool here years ago. That’s has been closed now for over 10 years. Laundry room doors are NOT up to fire code creating fire and safety hazards. Certain units have rodent control issues. The location is very convenient to the highway. Shopping is within 2 miles. Tenants are bribed to leave positive reviews by being promised a discount to rent for leaving the review. $250 pet owner deposit fee plus an additional $40 per month for one pet, $60/month for two. One occupant has a leak which took over a year for management to address but not fix. Problem has persisted over 3 years now. lights in the hallways are only available during winter months. There are a lot of issues.

These apartments could use some serious renovation I know for a fact one of them in particular could use a new carpet and a fresh paint job

We’ve been looking at a lot of apartment communities during our search and while we aren’t 100% sure where we’ll end up yet, we wanted to leave a review because we’ve been really happy with our experience here so far. Touring the community has been great, and Maria has been incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the process. She took the time to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable while showing us around. Apartment hunting can be stressful, and having someone like Maria makes a huge difference. Thank you for such a positive experience!
