I had a great experience with the management team. Carlee and Marisa were fantastic! They guided me through every step of the application process and made everything very easy. No issues with the apartment. Loving it.

It is a very beautiful place to live and has alot of space. There are alot of complaints about how packages and online orders are dropped off on their bulletin board ,on their website, and the complaints have definitely proved to be true. The management in the office threatened to raise my rent claiming I placed a package in a common area by some blurp in the lease about not storing personal items in the common areas. The door the 100lb+ package was delivered to by FedEx is not even in my building, although the buildings are numbered the same on the outside. The management admitted it was an on going issue but rather than provide help sent these rude and demanding emails about how it was a simple request. Then proceeded to show disdain in their emails when made aware employees of the company were willing to handle the situation at the lowest level and help bring the heavy package to my apartment in the next building over. With the package moved there was no need for any other emails concerning it and did make the situation feel harassing in nature when i received a follow up email about the package; yet disregarding the other outstanding issues in the same email string. I expected more understanding from management when letting them know it was an issue we already had to have two refunds sent to us for and the stuff redelivered/picked up twice since moving in, in January and we were working with FedEx for yet another one. I dont feel they have honored their side of this lease agreement while I continue to pay full rent. Hence the reason for this review. Just very unprofessional for sure. (The picture is how they have the inside of my apartment looking, while threatening to raise my rent. The fireplace hasnt worked since I moved here in January )

If you can find another apartment complex I would suggest going with them. When I first considered these apartments, the reviews made me feel comfortable about moving in. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience at Blueberry Hills Apts. We moved in on Jan 15 2026. We received our walkthrough after paying our deposit and 1st months rent that day. The first thing we noticed is that the fireplace was completely taken apart and was advised by maintenance that it was just missing one part and they would be able to fix it. (It is now April 13 2026 and they are completely replacing the fireplace. We have gone through the entire winter with a strong breeze of cold air coming through our living room.) Once our walkthrough was completed, the maintenance personnel advised us that they did not have a key available to us and that when it was ready we could pick it up from the office. I came back a little before 5pm to get the key, I thought the office closed at 5:30 due to google but they close at 5. When I got to the apartment I was discovered that the security door did not work. I went back to the office to find Carlee in her car about to leave. She advised me that I would need to call on-call maintenance to get the key and directed me to the front door of the building to get the number for them, as I walked towards the door she sped off. Luckily there was someone in the office that could assist me at that time seeing that it was a Friday. Over the weekend we discovered that our stove was not plugged in and the outlets were too warped for us to plug on our own. (afterwards we discovered that the burners were not made for this stove and the back burner did not work) the water to the washer was turned off as well as the washer/dryer was unplugged. Our kitchen/laundry room lights turn off in the on position and we have to wait until it decides it wants to work again. These items are still outstanding. However, This apartment has a huge problem with deliveries being dropped off in the center foyer of the building saying that its considered the mailroom and main entrance of the building although many apartments are not accessible from that entrance, including mine. I recently had a very large package delivered to the center foyer and was working with FedEX to have it redelivered since we were physically unable to move it ourselves. When the office staff reached out to me regarding the package, I assumed they were offering assistance. They were not. They were contacting me because tenants that live in that part of the building were complaining and they wanted the complaints to stop. I was advised that for liability purposes maintenance would not be able to assist me in getting my package to my home but if I did not have it moved by Friday 4/17 the would have it moved and I would have to pay $20/hr for labor and $10 a day for storage and that would be added to my rent. We ended up finding some maintenance guys and paying them $20 a piece to move it for us. Lots of back and forth and long aggressive from Marisa the office manager who then included Alison the regional manager, that continued along with the foolishness and threats. I don't believe either of their intents was to rectify the situation but to show us that they're in charge. I'd like to add that we have been nothing but patient and reasonably kind to the staff here and have paid our rent on-time and in full every month. I recently suggested to a co-worker that she should try this complex amid all of my maintenance issues but after this experience I had to advise her to look elsewhere if she could. I couldn't in good faith suggest this place to anyone. Terrible staff with nasty attitudes.
