I have been in this complex for quite some time. Very safe environment and pleasant staff. Linda manager front office great always helpful and accommodating and very knowledgeable along with friendly. Great place to rent. Safe, clean and pet friendly!

I moved here in November and I love this place. It is so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are so nice and friendly but everyone does their own thing. Linda in the leasing office is wonderful! And the maintenance crew stays on top of everything. The grounds are immaculate and again it is so peaceful here. I truly and honestly love it here.

Linda in the office is fantastic—always helpful, professional, and easy to work with. ​The maintenance team is incredibly attentive and quick to handle any requests, and the landscaping is kept in perfect condition year-round. As for the apartment itself, it was wonderful and exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend this complex if you want a well-managed, beautiful place to call home!

I have been living here for alittle over 2 months and all I can say is, wow. I am so happy here and my neighbors are so lovely! It’s a super dog friendly community and my two fur babies LOVE the dog park amenity! I want to give a special thank you to Linda Rabiet on giving me the opportunity to live here. I am close to restaurants, the highway to get to work & most importantly my family! We were going to move after a year but now we want to stay longer. Summit Lane looks beautiful all the time. Linda is attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond communicating with residents, managing the property. She’s quick, and thorough. And the maintenance staff keeps things running, and are very friendly. Now my husband and I are talking about staying.
