Hotnwater heaters dont work , got home from a 12hr shift , to shower in cold water .. no hot water in my apt throught ..multiple times ive complained about the hot water nothing is done. Awesome to shower in cold water.. renters dont rent here. Their are way better apts and management does nothing to fix these problems...wont re sign after this lease. And apartments only have 1 garbage dumpster for the whole apartment complex .. they should distribute the trash dumpsters , so no tenant shall walk a mile to through trash away.

Victoria was very helpful in the whole application process and move in. Any issues are addressed timely. She is always smiling and welcoming. Very happy with my apartment and the office and maintenance team here.

If you are looking for a home. Not a place to stay but a home. Then this is the place to come. Let’s start with the apartments. They are beautiful. Perfect wood trim, elegant layout. Tons of outlets and closet space. The management, is 6 stars. Her name is Victoria. She is top notch. Speaks to you with respect and dignity, but at the same time makes sure you FULLY understand they’re expectations as well. Luxury doesn’t come without a price. They don’t ask a lot from you. Respect mostly. The maintenance men are quick and friendly. They speak to you like a person. They talk to you not at you. I can’t speak for all of the Barrington Properties but I can speak for Sumatra. I would highly recommend living here. I am very protective of my daughter and wouldnt let her just rest her head at only ole place. But this is her home and she is just as happy as I am. If not happier.
