Was a great place to live post grad. Made some great friends and referred my brother to live here. Sal shared a commission for referring him 👍🏼

I have absolutely loved this community, the landlord and the team that is so responsive. The patio space that they call the patio has been a great outdoor space to have included in the rent. Love and 10/10 recommend for a quiet and spacious apartment.

We love the community and atmosphere Sal has created for his tenants!! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The apartments are beautiful and just what we were looking for! A safe place to call home!

Don't be fooled by the pictures online. Very dirty place and dirty people. I didn't even see the apartment yet I just walked in the complex door and was disgusted by the hallways. Get to the apartment and it's not what's online. Wood floors warped throughout the whole place. Marks and junk all over the walls. Broken fridge drawers. Uneven floors. When I asked how long it will take to fix these things his response was "it is not and will be rented like that". Both the landlord and his son are weird and shady people. Stay away.
