Resumen de reseñas con IA
These apartments generally offer a good value for students, with many appreciating the reasonable pricing, included amenities, and spacious units, often located in prime downtown areas. While some tenants praise the promptness of staff in addressing maintenance issues and a positive living experience overall, there are occasional concerns about the speed of repairs and the handling of security deposits.

I’ve rented from Jessie for 2 years now.. she has been an amazing landlord. She always communicates with and accommodates her tenants. Looking forward to one more year in this building

If there's ever an issue, it'll take forever to get fixed just be warned. I had no working wifi for weeks and had a broken window on the first floor that too months to get fixed.

Living in the Spaulding Apartments in Cobleskill was definitely an experience. I moved into the apartment with a roommate who had been there for over a year before I had moved in, and she had never met Jessie and had only spoken to her through text messages. Someone else left a review bringing up problems that they had with this landlord, and was responded to, trying to deny the negligence that they faced while living there as Jessie’s tenant. The first of my problems occurred when I acquired a service dog through my school, after speaking with Jessie, she continues to cause problems and threaten our housing because we weren’t in “a pet friendly unit”. She threatened us with lawyers and seems to just try to scare the crap out of two young girls who are trying to navigate college and take advantage of their wallets. I had explained multiple times ADA laws and had to speak to the department of fair housing in attempt to get myself a paralegal to help, all while I’m trying to work, go to school, and deal with health concerns. At the end of my stay, both my roommate and I recieved the incorrect amount back for security deposits, and then she cancelled our checks after we received them so that we couldn’t cash or deposit the checks. She then tried to claim that two years ago when I moved in that I “didn’t pay enough” and is trying to say that I owed 250 dollars from two summers ago, and when I check my balance in the Spaulding account, I owe 0$. After realizing that she was not going to give us our security deposits back at all, I reached out to try to understand why, but my phone was being spammed back by messages with Jessie while I’m trying to focus on my new job and a fresh college graduate. I had to let her know that if she didn’t stop messaging me via text I would have to put things into someone else’s hand, and she finally left me alone. I never got the security deposit back but honestly it was worth not hearing from her ever again. Definitely dont disregard the review left by Jeff, Jessie is a lowkey scam artist and wants to mooch off of young college kids that are starting in the world on their own. I have multiple friends who have lived as tenants under her and I cannot think of one nice thing that they’ve said. Save yourself the anxiety and money and just stay on campus or find a different place to live.
