We may have been some of the first tenants to move into this building two years ago, and we just extended our lease for another two years, which says a lot. It’s brand new, which is rare in New York, and it’s always clean and well kept. The staff are genuinely so nice, and that makes a big difference. We also love the outdoor terrace, gym, lounge, playroom, and coffee shop downstairs. With a baby on the way, the playroom will definitely be a plus soon. Honestly, we really can’t complain. We’ve been very happy here and are excited to stay.

My experience living here has only been as phenomenal as it is because of Olivia, she is extremely understanding and patient. Living at Vista65 is incredible, the building is always clean. Thank you to the team and major shoutout to Olivia for making living here so wonderful!

What truly makes this building stand out is the management team, especially Olivia. She is professional, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to make residents feel supported.

I had a very pleasant experience with Vista65 with the help of the whole team, especially from Jwalin Patel, who was there every step of the way making sure the leasing process was quick and smooth. Also, the concierge was extremely kind, I had issues with the card while I was moving some items over and he was so kind to go up to the apartment and open the door 4 times. I’ve only had wonderful experiences at Vista65. .

Great building! I’m a broker and I have a couple of clients who live in Vista 65.The agent Jwalin is super amazing and have been so helpful to us for the whole entire application process as well as helping us set up the tour! He’s super easy to talk to and work with. If you are a broker or someone who’s looking for a great leasing team, Jwalin is the person to talk to! Highly recommended!
