I applied as well through housing connect but it must be the fact that im voucher holder why i cant get into any of these buildings. Its guranteed money i never understand

I found Tryon North through Bohemia Realty Group’s website, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, the leasing process was super smooth and transparent. I’ve been living at Tryon North for a couple months now, and I can honestly say it already feels like home. The apartment itself is gorgeous—modern finishes, tons of natural light, and a layout that actually makes sense for me (which is surprisingly rare!). My dog settled in right away, and it’s been such a dog-friendly building - super clean, and the other residents are so kind and respectful. This is my first time living in Inwood, so I was a little hesitant at first about moving to an area I didn’t know well. But now that I’m here, I absolutely love it. It’s tucked away just enough to feel like a little escape, but it’s still close to everything I need. The building is centered around a great neighborhood. We've got parks, dog runs, delicious cafes, and markets. Since I've lived here, I have been to the Cloisters a few times because I can easily walk there. It takes less than 10 minutes. One of the best parts is I’ve actually made a few friends here, which I wasn’t expecting at all. There’s a really welcoming community vibe. Everyone I’ve met has been warm and down-to-earth, and it just makes the whole experience so much better. The management team is also amazing—super responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. From the leasing process to move-in day, they’ve made everything easy. I highly recommend Tryon North if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to live with a little personality. I feel really lucky to have found it.

I applied thru housing connect I noticed the lottery closes pretty soon. 🙏🏻 As a disabled and community board residence I got high hopes. It's been a long journey with housing connect. Hoping for the best. I'll come back with updates 🙏🏻
