We’ve had issues for MONTHS with the elevators. My wife was 9 months pregnant two weeks ago and we got stuck waiting for an elevator for 25 minutes. She could have gone into labor at anytime. There was a 30 person line downstairs waiting 45 minutes to get to their apartment. Now, with a newborn, we got stuck on the 20th floor for 15 minutes with our stroller and had to call the front desk to have someone escort us to our floor. This is an unacceptable safety hazard. If you are expecting or currently have a baby, please consider living elsewhere. All we’ve heard from management are excuses and redirects. If someone from the management team would like to reach out to me, you know my phone number. At what point do you consider filing a safety complaint with the city? Enough is enough. It’s a sad situation because our time living here has been great aside from the constant maintenance issues and excuses.

I have been at 41 River Terrace for 24 years and it is a great place to live. The building has beautiful views of the Hudson River and Rockefeller Park. It is quiet and well maintained, the staff and management are all excellent. It is close to all major subway lines.

We’ve had a great experience living at Tribeca Pointe! The building is well-maintained, clean, and feels very secure. The staff and management are not only professional and responsive, but genuinely kind and welcoming. The location is also unbeatable, right by the river with beautiful views, quiet surroundings, and easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining! I highly recommend Tribeca Pointe to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-run place to live.

Moving to Battery Park from SoHo I was skeptical, but Tribeca Pointe feels like home. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The doormen are friendly and warm. I love calling this my new home. The view and amenities are great
