This building offers a fantastic living experience, with residents consistently praising the friendly and responsive staff, spotless common areas, and quiet, comfortable apartments. Its excellent location near a PATH station and the river, coupled with a constantly improving neighborhood full of new amenities, makes for a convenient and enjoyable lifestyle. While the dry cleaning service within the building has received some criticism for its handling of customer issues, the overall residential experience is overwhelmingly positive.

Honestly love the living experience here! All the doormen like Alex, Kaiser and Jordan are excellent (welcoming and so pleasant to see everyday!! Super helpful as well). Maintenance is great too! Our maintenance tickets are always resolved within a day. I even once had trouble installing a lamp and they kindly helped me.

After five years here, I can genuinely say this place feels like home! The management, doorman, and maintenance crew are all incredible—they’re always friendly, responsive, and ready to help. The building is always spotless, and the apartments are quiet and comfortable, making it a truly relaxing place to live. The amenities are fantastic, including a pool, gym, ping pong table, grill, and even a golf simulator. I love being right next to the river and close to a PATH station, which makes commuting so convenient. Plus, the neighborhood just keeps improving, with new workout studios, restaurants, and bubble tea spots popping up all the time. I’m so happy to be part of this community!

Neighbors beware, do NOT use their service! Here's my little unpleasant experience with them: I took my coat in for dry cleaning. When I got it back, a few buttons were broken into pieces, both inside and outside of the coat (see photos attached, it was quite serious). Naturally, I went back to question them, and here comes the interesting part: the clerk lady was apparently unhappy and gave me a lecture. According to her, it was MY responsibility to *tell the store to cover the buttons* if the coat was valuable. If I didn't ask, they wouldn't protect the buttons and they could get broken. So in the end, it was all MY fault after all. LMAO. At least, the kind-hearted clerk was still "kind enough" to help me correct "my own mistake" by looking for replacement buttons. Sadly, the coat button was a special design from its producer Theory and there was no generic replacement. The lady suggested me to contact Theory customer service to get the replacement. Eventually I went home and solved this with Theory by myself. --- But don't forget, it was my fault to have forgotten to tell the dry cleaner to not break my coat! --- The clerk lady mumbled this argument four times during my visit, just to make sure I understand they've done nothing wrong. Well, at least, they could give us a refund? Or discount? Dear readers, you could have guessed the answer: of course it was a no. They just HAD TO make these few dozen bucks, even if they messed up my coat. Just look at the receipt, any customer wouldn't even care about these few bucks. But for the store, it would be a great chance to show their willingness to take responsibility, but they would rather choose a few bucks over their reputation. Sad... Oh, before I stepped out of the store, the lady made sure to remind me for the very last time, that to remember to tell them to cover the buttons in the future! Just, LOL. This dry clean has relatively lower price than the other stores in our neighborhood. But I think their business attitude has said it all. Customers, if you want to risk it, just remember this: when issue happens, this store 1) provides no solution, and 2) takes zero responsibility.

In the Journey if existence I reached the chapter of 30 years, and had to face very difficult questions that would determine and have a profound effect in my future. Did I wanna continue living in Brooklyn and rave often with models, energized by drugs and alcohol in a pool of lustful sensation; or should I move to Jersey City, slow down, get a dog and become just another person in a tower with another thousand adults their babies and their dogs? Edit: after a year living here, I love the apartment, the door and maintenance staff is amazing. the management kinda sucks so hopefully you never need them coz interacting with them is awful.
