Alex was outstanding—clean, intelligent, polite, and highly skilled. He rescued my maintenance issue on a Saturday morning and went above and beyond to get everything fixed. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the entire leaking seater system, and had everything working perfectly in no time. His professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Highly recommend Alex for any maintenance needs!

I lived here for a year in what was marketed as luxury high rise living. What I actually got was a year of unresolved habitability failures and a management team that was either incompetent or simply careless. This building is not well built and it is not well maintained. Every single issue I experienced proves that point. Let me be specific. The building went without reliable hot water for nearly four months straight, from December through mid March, during one of the coldest winters in a decade. There is absolutely no justification for a hot water boiler replacement to take four months, especially during the coldest stretch of winter. During peak hours the water was either cold or lukewarm at best. I had to plan my showers around the rare windows when hot water was even available. Management's communication during this entire period was essentially nonexistent. No timeline, no updates, no accountability. Just silence while residents paid full rent for an apartment without a basic utility. A building of this size and price point should have infrastructure robust enough to handle a winter. It clearly does not. The elevators are an ongoing embarrassment for a building with a penthouse level. Breakdowns happened constantly, not occasionally. Waiting 15 minutes or more just to leave my own apartment became a normal part of my day. During summer the elevator felt like a sauna going all the way up to the upper floors. The close button does not work. I was once stuck for over five minutes on one of the hottest days of the year. This is not a minor inconvenience. It is a daily failure of basic infrastructure that speaks directly to how poorly this building is constructed and managed. The heater went out on one of the coldest days of winter. No warning, no quick resolution, just cold air in a high rise apartment in the middle of January. Again, not a fluke. A symptom of a building that is not properly maintained. And then there was the sewage backflow. My toilet clogged and the drain in my bathtub began overflowing with sewage. I immediately submitted a maintenance request. Six hours passed before anyone responded. Six hours. The situation escalated into a full toilet overflow, creating a serious sanitation issue in my apartment. When I raised this with management, their response was to blame me, claiming I had used wipes that caused the blockage. I do not use wipes. The audacity of deflecting responsibility for a sewage backflow onto a resident, instead of acknowledging the building's own plumbing failures, reflects exactly the kind of incompetent and careless management culture that defined my entire experience here. To anyone reading the high rated reviews here, feel free to believe them, but understand that glowing reviews tend to come from visitors or residents who just moved in and are still in the honeymoon phase. Ask a long term resident how they actually feel, if there are any left. The reality of living here reveals itself over time, and what it revealed to me was a building that cannot maintain basic habitability standards for the people who actually call it home. If you are considering this building, understand that the gap between what they charge and what they actually deliver is enormous. These were not one off bad days. These were systemic failures rooted in poor construction and careless management, lasting months, affecting my daily quality of life, and met with deflection and zero accountability. You deserve better for what they are asking you to pay. If you have read this far, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I came in for an apartment tour and was upfront with Indiana, the leasing agent, that I wasn't planning to move anytime soon and was simply exploring the area. Despite that, he went above and beyond in showing me around. Indiana was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the building and the neighborhood. He took his time walking me through everything and made the experience feel just as important as if I were ready to sign a lease that day. That level of professionalism and genuine care really stood out. When I am ready to move in the future, Morgan Apartments will definitely be at the top of my list.
